Welcome to Forbidden Jungle ix
On the weekend of May 2-4, 2025, Houston's Bare Naked Buddies are hosting Forbidden Jungle IX, a cis gay male nudist campout. Your fee covers two nights of tent camping with cocktail socials, pool parties, games, activities, and naked yoga.
Your fee also includes five meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, including soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, & bottled water with every meal. In addition to your registration fee, a work shift of 30 minutes is requested to help us produce a successful event for all.
For this event, we are reaching out to first-time nudists. If you have been afraid to attend a nudist event, we are offering first-timers the option to wear a thong, jockstrap, or other "barely there" underwear. No shorts or full-coverage undies. We hope this serves as your first step into the world of nudism.
We look forward to our 9th naked campout at Buzzards' Peak.

RENTALS
Bunkhouse Beds:
Registration Fee + $28 (twin bunk) or + $55 (queen bunk)
8 Twin and 4 Queen beds available.
Queen Beds are for couples only. Both occupants pay registration fees, but only lead registrant pays the $55 bunk fee. Do NOT book a queen bed if you are a single occupant!
RV Hookups:
Registration Fee + $30 per RV (unlimited occupants)
All occupants pay registration fees but only lead RV registrant pays the additional $30 RV fee.
30-amp, water & electricity only - no dump station.
NO PETS ALLOWED
This event is being held rain or shine.
NO REFUNDS for rain forecasts.
NO REFUNDS after April 18th as we have begun spending funds on literally everything needed to produce this event based on your registration and commitment to attend.
About Us:
Bare Naked Buddies (BNB) began in 2008 as a naked camping group for Houston area men. The group is home to over 150 active members. If you would like to join the BNB Meetup group to join us for future campouts, contact Russell at driftw@aol.com
Texas Conference of Clubs (TCC) owns and operates Buzzards' Peak, a 31-acre private campground located seven miles east of Cameron, TX. TCC is comprised of member clubs and provides a safe haven for the LGBTQ+ members of our community to host camping events.
weekend itinerary
Friday, May 2nd
Noon: Early arrivals - Check in, set up camp & get naked
All Day: Site tours for new guests every hour
5pm: Drive-by Jello Shot run throughout the campground
8pm: Dinner (late dinner to allow for all guests to arrive)
9:30pm: All levels naked yoga under the stars on the hilltop Celebration Deck
10:30pm: Activity to be determined
All Night: Gather around the bonfire, party in the tent area, or visit the Compound
11:30pm: QUIET TIME
Saturday, May 3rd
8:30am-ish: Breakfast
10am: Advanced naked yoga in the pole barn hosted by Jerry. Bring your yoga mat!
11:30am: Hike to Buzzard's Peak
1pm: Lunch
All Day: Naked Volleyball and other games. Play at your leisure. Feel free to bring your own games to share as well
2:30pm: Make your own loincloth for the jungle party (materials provided)
4pm: All levels naked yoga in the pole barn.
7pm: Dinner
8:30pm: Progressive Jungle Party. Slip into your loincloth and enjoy the roaming cocktail socials throughout the tent area! Four hosting campsites, thirty minutes each ending at 10:30
10:30pm: Activity to be determined
11:30pm: QUIET TIME - the party doesn't have to stop, but the neighbors just beyond the tree line can hear us, so continue to have fun, but turn the noise down, please!
Sunday, May 4th
8:30am-ish: Breakfast
No rush to dash out! Take your time to say your final goodbyes!
Noon: Break Camp & Check out
See you on the weekend of September 12-14th for our next event!
